I am Italian...so I love Italian food. When I say I will try any cuisine and anything edible once.... I mean it! I am not picky and am adventurous when it comes to cooking, eating out or being cooked for.

Chart House in Old Town Aleaxandria, VA is a favorite place to eat: Not just for the food but for the memories too.

Dish I am famous for: Chicken Napolean. My dad loves it!
