I'm 27, married no kids, but a cute cat, she's an Australian Mist. Live in Sydney and have all my life except for a short stint in Germany just after we were married. I'm an engineer/executive for a telecommunications company and spend all day on the computer (yaawn). Hubby is an industrial sparky. We like camping and 4wd, fishing and having cocktail nights and barbeques. I love baking and coming up with new recipes, which I have only just started to write down so that others can reproduce them. I wont cook things with too many ingredients or that are too fiddly or take too long (or too expensive for that matter!). I'm a dab hand at modifying the 67c home brand packet cake. My husband is Swiss so I have a bit of that influence as well.
I like Thai, Indian and vietnamese and most vegetables (no eggplant, peas or zucchini). I don't eat much meat, but I also have friends and relatives which are vego/no wheat/no dairy, so I try my hand at a bit of that too (I hate excluding people!). I love strong flavours- anchovies, olives, blue cheese and dark chocolate.
Favourite dish is gnocchi gorgonzola from La Spaghettata in Lygon St, Melbourne.
