mother of 3 ,part time worker, love to eat and cook, mainly vegetarians in the family and passionate about animals especially dogs. I am recently separated [amicably] and have a new house with lots of renovations planned. Luckily the kitchen is OK so I can still cook !!!

Chocolate is my first love followed closely by tomatoes, raspberries and mangoes. I am always keen to lower the fat intake in whatever I cook and try to use the freshest ingredients possible.
