about me

I have been married to my husband, Tom for 8 years. Although we dated for 8yrs before we were married. I have two beautiful kids. Hayden Thomas is 7yrs old and his sister Addison Claire is 3yrs old. We also have a new, tiny puppy (Shorkie) named Moe. Cooking is a hobby of mine. I love it. I grew up in a Polish family with many great cooks. My grandfather owned one of the best meat shops in town...now his grandson's own the buisness. Cooking is a family tradition. I grew up eating large, homemade meals. Lots of meat and potatoes.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite meal to cook would have to be roasted pork tenderloin, "real" mashed potatoes with gravy, creamed cucumbers, asparagus and cranberries. My favorite dessert would be raspberry pie.
My husband is an avid fisherman, so I enjoy making several fish dishes for him. When it comes to fish,I am complimented most on my walleye crab cakes. The sauce that goes along with them makes them wonderful.
I really do not have a favorite restaurant. Honestly I would rather have a dinner party at my house, and cook a wonderful meal.
