about me

My husband, myself and 3 of my kids live in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona. We own an electrical wholesale/retail business. As of April/08 we opened a lighting and fan store called Lakeside Lighting & Fan Co. We have a 21 year old daughter who is married and an 11yr. old son, 5yr. old daughter, and a 3yr old son. I keep busy with my kids but in my spare time I love to find and try new recipes. So many recipes not enough time. I try at least two new recipes a week from recipezaar. I also love canning. water-bath and pressure. I also love to make coffee cakes to take to church, every recipe I've tried has been great, everyone loves them.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food to eat is pizza, but my favorite food to prepare are soups and stews. We have a steakhouse here in Show Low called the Branding Iron and I just love their house dressing, but I can't seem to duplicate it. I'll keep trying. My family loves for me to make my meatless spaghetti sauce, no jar sauce for this house.
