about me

I am a Ph.D. student in American history at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I come from a long line of "old-fashioned" Southern cooks. My maternal grandmother won multiple awards for her recipes at local fairs and competitions. As I am a busy student, most of my recipes are inexpensive, quick, and very easy. I save the complicated ones for special occasions!

Favorite Foods:

I'm a caffeine addict; I especially love tea. My favorite cuisines are "Old South," Greek, and Thai.
