about me

First of all I would like to say a big Thank You to darang61 who gave me the gift of a premuin membership fo Christmas Swap 2007. Thanks darang61 !!
I live on a small property (penisula area) of Victoria. I am married and have 2 of the very best and most wonderful teenage children any mother could ever wish for. I love my animals and also love to work in the vegetable garden.
Cooking is something I love to do so much, although I work full time, so this gives me very little chance to cook and garden as much as I would like.
My dream is to win tattslotto and retire with animals all around me......... not that is what my DH would like, he would like to retire up North !!!

Favorite Foods:

I love fast easy and great tasting meals, prefrably made by someone else!!!! ..lol and most of all I LOOOOVE my vegemite, especially on toast, and I am sad to say I think this beats most things!!!!
I love to bottle and dehydrate my own fruit & vegetables, but the drought and water restrictions, will make that a bit difficult this year, although so far fingers crossed the vegies are looking spectacualr.
Not being big meat eaters in this family, we love our fruit and vegies, and especially our strawberries!!!!
I love to visit local craft markets and see and get ideas of all the new & different foods, spices, jams and chutneys available.
