I like trying out different recipes from all over the world. I haven't posted any recipes though, since I hardly measure my ingredients. (update: Okay,looks like I already posted some. It's only when I try out these wonderful recipes here that I mostly follow them. with the team Recipe Swap #17: My Swaps: with Lauralie41 with Evelyn/Athens with Mandy from Oz Favorite Foods: Hmm..I like Chinese dimsums, Moroccan grilled chicken, Japanese tempuras,katsudons, donburis, karaages, Italian calzones, Spanish empanadas, Mexican fajitas, tacos, UK's fish and chips, Filipino lumpia, adobo, Hungarian paprika chicken, Greek potatoes and Mediterranean salads, Australian's beef pie and gravies, French and Danish pastries, Israel's schnitzels and Middle East's schwarma, kebabs, shishliks. Mostly, I like chocolates and desserts!! Cakes, cinnamon rolls, pastries.. being nearly diabetic doesn't stop me from these sweet treats..I just use sugar substitutes. Back home, I'm famous for my pastas (I eye it since like almost anything goes) and international cuisines (I follow a cook book! lol). I usually go beyond the norms (including swaps!)..if everyone cooks the same thing over and over again especially the traditional meals and uses a certain set of menu for parties, expect me to try something different all the time. So yeah, I'm so thankful for recipezaar coz now I can experiment lots! lol I like KFC since childhood from the skin to the gravies..ooh sinful but oh soo good! But also like trying out new restaurants especially if it's Italian or Chinese. It usually varies. But Chinese often tops it. But now, with this wonderful site, I hardly go out just to be able to try out new dishes! http://
