about me

I have travelled extensively throughout the world with a love for India visiting 5 times. I have collected a wealth of fantastic recipes, from small food stalls, dusty kitchens, beach stalls to regal restaurants!
I've trained at the corden vert school vegetarian headquarters in Manchester UK.
Am interested in foods for health/healing superfoods.
You will often find me hosting dinner parties at my home, friends or catering in my spare time... phew!!

Favorite Foods:

I love cooking vegetarian and seafood, with a fusion of Asia (Indian, Thai, Malaysian feel) with numerous Mediterranean. I love using lots of spices, herbs and whatever else i can lay my hands on!
My famous dishes are eggplant (aubergine) curry, vegetarian lasagne, Thai fish curry, Japanese salmon pie, Mediterranean cous cous wraps, gluten free chocolate cake to name but a few! My wife fell in love with me over the hot coals of a smoky BBQ! My garlic, coriander, chili chicken wings just knocked her off her feet.....she is now a very happily married woman!!
