I am a former teacher and current stay at home mom to a toddler. I love eating good food, but insist that most of it is very healthy and enjoy finding ways to make any recipe healthier. My son seems to approve.

Favorite Foods:

I am famous for my Thanksgiving turkey and grilled pizzas, but I enjoy almost everything. There aren't many foods I don't like. Cheesy gooey foods like enchiladas and lasagna are among my favorites.
