I live in Illinois with my husband, Kevin and our beautiful 1 year old golden retriever, Meadow. We have 3 grown sons, and are grandparents to the cutest 2 year old ever, named Owen Patrick. I am the Showroom Assistant at the KDA showroom (Kitchen Distributors of America) in Northern Illinois. My husband and I both love to cook, and are constantly looking for new recipes to try. That is why we love "Zaar"!!!! When we find a new recipe that we love, we share it with friends and family.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook in the crock pot, because I can add anything and everything to my recipe, and it always turns out tender and delicious!! The dish that I am famous for making in my family is called "Kim's - don't call me in the middle of the night, baked beans". They are fabulous, and everyone always loves them, and I am always requested to bring them to parties and picnics! We are big fans of Japanese Cuisine. We both love sushi very much.
