I'm a stay-at-home mother who loves to cook. I try to stay pretty active — especially since I have 2 young boys. I love using my church's monthly pot-luck lunch as a testing ground for new recipes. My favorite cookbook is one I began when I was in elementry school. It's a compilation of all the recipes I want to try that I find in magazines.

Favorite Foods:

I love Indian food. I also love Greek and Middle Eastern food. I prefer things to be full of flavor. I inherited a major sweet-tooth from my dad. My husband, however, loves the typical steak-and-potatoes types of foods and hates dessert. I've been working at expanding his horizans since we got married.
