about me

I guess it's time for an update, since my last description was from June of '06. I'm still a SAHM of 4, but now have #5 on the way (due Mid-April). I love to look for new recipes to try. Right now, I'm looking into doing more make-ahead, and freezer recipes, as well as homemade mixes. If it saves me money, I'm thrilled to find it and give it a try.
Most of our family events revolve aroung food. There is always way too much, but leftovers are always welcome.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is Won Tons. This is a really popular birthday dish for my family.
We also like chicken cordon bleu, beef with mushroom sauce, and my DH beef nacho casserole.
My favorite things to make are baked goods. Cinnamon rolls are a frequent request, as well as breads.
We can't afford to go out much, but when we do, I'm not too particular. I enjoy having a good steak, though, so Outback Steakhouse is always a great choice!
