about me

My name is Nichol and I am 30 years old. I live in LIncoln, NE with my wonderful fiance David and we are expecting our first child in February! I absolutely love to cook and come up with new recipes. I also like to cook with ingredients that my fiance claims he doesn't like and then when he eats a dish I created, he LOVES it!!
We hope to open our own restaurant in the next couple of years but will see how that pans out now with a baby on the way! Regardless, I will continue to cook my heart out!

Favorite Foods:

Anything homemade or anything made by my mother. One of my favorite dishes to cook is Scicilian Meat Roll, mashed potatoes, asparagus with cheese, and Nicki's Biscuits or chicken fried steak, mashed with homemade gravy and green beans.
I would have to say my favorite restaraunts are Red Lobster, Old Chicago, The Olive Garden, Whiskey Creek and Joe's Crab Shack, Red Robin, Culvers, Lazlo's,The Outback and things like that!
