Lasagna using zucchini 'noodles'

SERVES 3 -4 , 1 lasagna (change servings and units)

    Preheat an oven to 350.
  2. 2
    Use a mandolin to slice the zucchini length-wise into thin slices.
  3. 3
    Cook ground beef.
  4. 4
    Mix in the pasta sauce, black pepper and olive oil.
  5. 5
    Take a pan and layer in the beef, zucchini slices and cheese in sequence.
  6. 6
    Make sure the last layer is cheese. Then top with Parmesan and some black pepper.
  7. 7
    Place in the center of the middle rack.
  8. 8
    Bake till the top layer is golden.
