This isn't as strong tasting as you may think from it's vinegar-y aroma whil simmering. To speed up cooking time you may cook it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes. This is a great recipe for tough cuts of meat as the simmering time really tenderizes it.

SERVES 6 , 6 servings (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Heat oil over high heat.
  2. 2
    Roll meat in seasoned flour.
  3. 3
Cook meat over high heat 3-5 minutes or until brown.
  4. 4
    Add everything else except noodles.
  5. 5
Simmer on low 45 minutes to 2 hours.
  6. 6
Thinken with 1/2c. flour and 1/4c. water.
  7. 7
Serve over or on warm noodles (I like curly egg noodles best.).
