Super Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Cheap basic household ingredients. Makes a ton! Always a big hit with family and friends. I've even been offered money to make it.

SERVES 20 , 48 1 inch squares (change servings and units)

    Prepare a 9x11 glass dish by buttering the bottom.

    In heavy bottom sauce pan combine sugar and milk.
  3. 3
    Measure and set aside remaining ingredients.
  4. 4
    Cook ever medium heat stirring occasionally till it comes to a boil then stir constantly.

    Let boil for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  6. 6
    Stir in remaining ingredients till all melted and smooth.
  7. 7
    Pour into prepared dish and refridgerate until firm.

    ok, this is cooling right now, but the stuff left in the saucepan is really good. Used Kraft light P.B. Also cut down the sugar by one cup and kept everything the same.

    SO GOOD!!! And so easy! I made it for my husband to take to work (he's in the military) and within 8 hours 4 people ate the whole batch. So they liked it I am not much of a candy eater, but this was very tasty!!!
