This recipe was handed down from a friend of my Grandma's, and my whole family swears by it. I've made it handfuls of times and it's always a hit!

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Take out stems of mushrooms and thoroughly wash.
  2. 2
Spread each mushroom out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt (you can also soak them in salt water for two hours prior to filling them, but I never have the time!).
  3. 3
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and stuff each mushroom till full.
  4. 4
Bake mushrooms on a pan at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. 5
You can also make these ahead of time and refridgerate (covered) up to a day or two in advance.
  6. 6
    Eat up!
