Strawberry Banana Yogurt Shake (Three Hour Diet)

This is from Jorge Cruise's Three Hour Diet cookbook. Serve with one half of an english muffin spread with 1 tsp margarine and sprinkled with a little cinnamon for a complete meal. The original recipe calls for plain yogurt but I usually use vanilla.

SERVES 1 , 1 smoothie (change servings and units)
