This recipe has been entered for ZWT II & was found on the net courtesy of The Straits Cafe at: straitscafe.com. Per the intro ... "Tofu for dessert? Well, you've never had a treat like this!" I don't know how a recipe could be any easier than this, but plan ahead as this needs to chill overnight. The 5 min prep time of course doesn't include the chilling time.

SERVES 6 , 6 5 oz servings (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients & blend till smooth & creamy.
  2. 2
Pour into individual serving dishes or pudding glasses & chill overnight.

Sorry twissis - I'd rather not put any rating as I had problems making this pudding. My bananas weren't very ripe and my Magic Bullet died on me as I was making the pudding. I will try again soon - once I get a new Magic Bullet or a new blender... So sorry!

Delicious! I forgot the salt and honey, and added some Splenda. Truly a scrumptious dessert that is SO easy to make!

Quite tasty! I used the tofu that comes in a tub (Nasoya) which is somewhere between firm and silken. My strawberries had been frozen. Also reduced the sweetener, using just 2 tsp each of agave nectar and maple syrup- couldn't resist adding a little maple-ness! My family all loved it as part of our Thanksgiving dessert. Thanks!
