Strawberries & Cream Muesli Bars

Ingredients

• cooking spray
• 1 1/2 cups muesli with strawberry and yogurt
• 1 1/2 cups rice bubbles or Rice Krispies
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 3/4 cup slivered almond
• 1/2 cup dried strawberries, chopped
• 395 g sweetened condensed milk
• 180 g white chocolate, broken

Directions

   1. Lightly spray a 27mm x 17mm pan with oil and line with baking paper.

   2. Combine muesli, rice bubbles, coconut, almonds and strawberries in a large bowl.

   3. Place milk and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted.

   4. Pour chocolate into dry ingredients, mix until then press into prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours until firm. Cut into bars.
