How can I rate this any less than 5 stars? Absolutely delicious. Served with pita chips but next time will serve with crostini for more density.

I've made this twice (so far) - once for picky in-laws and another for a party we had. Both times it was a complete success! I was thrilled to find an artichoke dip recipe that wasn't 85% mayo - and you can taste the difference! Note: I added some shredded mozzarella just for the extra gewy goodness. I made this with low fat derivatives of most of the dairy once, and not the other and they both turned out great.

This was AMAZING! I work at Old Chicago, and one of their most popular appetizers is the Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip. I have to say, this was just as good if not better than the restaurant! I used fat free sour cream, light cream cheese and 2 t. garlic powder, and served it with toasted garlic bread and veggies. Dee-lish!

This dip was a big hit with my friends! I substituted mushrooms for artichoke hearts and it was absolutely delicous. Great heated up the next day too! YUM...
