Tasty once a month pizza. Use up your leftover chicken. To reheat, bake the pizza at 400 degrees for 10 to 25 minutes

SERVES 4 -6 , 1 pizza (change servings and units)

    prebake pizza crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

    combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, and red pepper flakes and spread on crust.
  3. 3
    add chicken, onions and peppers to pizza.
  4. 4
    drop spoonfuls of ricotta on top of pizza and sprinkle with all cheese.

    flash freeze on a baking sheet, then wrap.
