I am writing this review as it is written. It makes it difficult that the ingredients are out of order, but it's not too big of a deal when there is such a short list. It was frustrating that it does not say what size potatoes or type. I used some larger red potatoes that I had on hand. In the instructions it calls for the use of salt and pepper, but those are not included in the ingredients list. The soup was burned on the edges after an hour baking time, so I would check it at 45 minutes. It was a bit bland tasting, so I added some Lawrys season salt to the meat mixture, as well as a couple cloves of garlic. DH really liked this and we will make it again with some changes. He suggested adding some cheese to the top. It was very quick to prepare and easy to serve. The sweetness was a nice change of pace. I liked the potatoes and meat flavor together. All in all, it is a good dish, but the recipe needs a little work. Made and Reviewed for Photo Tag - Thanks!
