Ingredients
- 2 (28 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 2 (12 ounce) bags baby spinach
- 8 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 cup fresh basil, chopped
- oregano
- 1 (10 ounce) package tortellini cheese pasta
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Directions

bring chicken broth, tomatoes, garlic, basil, and oregano to a boil in a soup pot.2
add in spinach and tortalini and simmer 15-20 minutes.3
ladle into bowls and top with plenty of parmesan cheese and a side of garlic bread, yum!
