I used to make this for the school cafeteria, and it was always a hit!

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Arrange apples in a large baking dish.
  2. 2
    Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl, and mix with your hands until well combined. If mixture seems too dry, add a little more butter.
  3. 3
    Crumble the mixture evenly over the top of the apples.
  4. 4
    Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes.
  5. 5
    Serve hot or cold, with icecream, or hot custard.
