This is a mix of herbs and spices I have combined from several Chili Seasoning recipes . Use it to make Chili or season other dishes. It makes great Chili . Use to taste. Can be stored and used later.

SERVES 3 , 1/2 Cup (change servings and units)

    Mix all. Store in container and use to taste . I use Chipoltle powder instead of Cayenne. (system would not recognize the word Chipoltle).

    You can buy on line at Spice House or Penzey's.
