From 1001 Low Fat Recipes. Serve in pitas with dill sauce

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.

    Combine liquid with egg whites, bread crumbs, onion, thyme and pepper.

    Add salmon. Mix well.

    Shape into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick.

    Cook patties in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, 2-3 minutes on each side.
