A while back I got some old recipe books in sorry shape, I tore out some of the readable recipes with potential. I haven't tried this one yet, putting it here for future use. Enjoy!

    Cook rutabaga, potatoes and onion in boiling water until tender (20 minutes). Drain and mash with cream and butter until light and fluffy.
