A different and interesting way to eat eggs. The cooking time includes the 30 minute chilling time.

    Cut eggs in halves and place on a platter.

    Blend the rest of ingredients together and pour over the eggs.

Very good and tasty! I used more horseradish cause I like it spicier. With a green salad it was a great low fat lunch. Thanks for sharing!

    I love these ingredients — so why didn't I think of this? I mashed the egg, combined it with the sauce and piled it on sourdough bread. Also sprinkled on some chopped chives. Yummo!

    WOW! I love eggs and horseradish sauce but have never had them together. VERY YUMMY! Easy too. Made for the ZWT4.

    These were good but just a little too much Mayonnaise for me. The horseradish added a little zing to it. I think it needs a little bit more flavor to it. Maybe add some chopped dill pickles to it. Thanks for sharing your recipe Sarah. Made for ZWT 4-EE
