Ingredients

Directions

    Place the butter and garlic in an 8 inch square baking dish.

    Microwave at medium high (70%) 45 seconds or until butter melts.
  3. 3
    Add rosemary, salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and potatoes, toss well.

    Cover and microwave at high 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

    wow - this was easy & delicious! I don't think to use the microwave for potatoes but this is definitely a keeper that I will use often especially on busy nights. thanks!!!

    i edited a bit since i had fresh rosemary in the garden, fresh garlic (one large clove: sliced or minced) and added a bit of olive oil as well, but deep down this is one terrific and simple potato dish! The other change i made because i didn't read the recipe (lol): i cooked them uncovered in the microwave in a square, 8" glass dish and they came out almose like roasted potatoes. i did check them every five minutes to make sure the garlic wasn't scorching. EASY!

    Super easy! I will remember this FAST and TASTY recipe! I added a little more rosemary and garlic. I wasn't convinced that a tablespoon of butter would take care of it, but it did. This recipe is money!
