This meatloaf is not like any other meatloaf. You NEVER have to worry that it will be dry. its cheesy, and flavorful. It's one of my families favorites.

YUMMY! I thought this meatloaf was wonderful! Flavorful and moist! My husband liked it but gives it 4 stars. (That is pretty good, bc he is VERY picky!) LOL Thank you got the recipe! Oh by the way...I am a Bri too! Plus my favorite number is 22...weird! lol

AWESOME - quick, easy and very tasty! Only substitution I made - because I was feeling lazy - was to use only salsa, no ketchup. We will make this again and again!

Wonderful meatloaf. Very moist and easy to make. I used less cheese than the recipe called for, and do not top with cheese. I made a topping using ketchup, worchestshire sauce, and a smidgen of brown sugar. (A smidgen is probably the same amount as a pinch or a dash.) DH loves meatloaf and this was a bit hit. I served it with mashed (or as he calls them, "smashed")potatoes and green beans. I will definitely use this recipe again.
