Absolutely delicious. I started with this recipe but did change it up a bit. I used olive oil instead of butter, fresh chopped garlic and fresh herbs from the garden, chives, parsley and french thyme. I also used Knorr's chicken broth instead of salt. I grilled the fish on the George Foreman and then topped it with a chopped tomato from the garden and fat free Feta cheese. I served it on a bed of steamed spinach. My teenage daughter declared it the best fish she had ever eaten.

Fantastic fish! I topped with the sauce then broiled on high for 7 min. and it was perfect. Next time i may double the sauce but other than that it was amazing!

Not only is this quick and easy, it's delicious! Even my picky 4 year old loved it. We'll definitely be making this again.

I broiled this and it turned out awesome. My 3 and 5 yr olds devoured it. Will definitely make over and over again. Also left out the lemon peel I didn't have any and I dumped the sauce stuff over the fish as it broiled.
