I received a booklet from Kraft Foods today which is called "food & family" and this is one of the recipes in it that I am posting here to try at a later date. Perfect for game day!

SERVES 12 , 1 dozen (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half. Top each of 12 crackers with 1 teaspoon beans, 1 piece cheese and 1 teaspoon salsa. Cover with remaining crackers.
  2. 2
Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining crackers.
  3. 3
Jazz it up: garnish with black olive slices and reduced fat sour cream.
