I had a bunch of vegetables I needed to use up.

    Clean and dice potatoes.

    Boil potatoes and carrots for 15 minutes; drain.

    Put can of beans in a large pot.

    Add chopped tomatoes and chopped onions.

    Then add the potatoes and carrots.

    Cook until it is all reduced.
