Wonderful stew! I used my crock pot and cooked on low for about 8 hours. I saw that Psalm and her family served this with rice and that sounded tasty so I did not add potatoes. Used a small bag of petite baby carrots and had a bag of green onions that needed to be used so threw those in too. Was out of celery so I added some celery seed and salt, pepper, lemon pepper and garlic. The mushroom soup made a nice flavored gravy and this was so good over brown rice. Made and reviewed for PAC - Fall 2008.
