Wonderful! Used frozen blueberries and since I didn't have a lemon for zest, I used 1/2 TBS lemon juice and a pinch of orange zest. It did take a bit longer to bake (maybe from the frozen berries?) about 65 minutes. Made for Fall PAC '08. Thanks for dessert!

quite good. The batter seemed a bit thin, and I worried that I might have missed a cup of flour, but it turned out fine. The instructions at step 5 refer to adding lemon zest not included in the bread ingrediants (so I just added a teaspoon of zest here, too).
