Oh Brandee!! What a keeper this is! I used my homemade English Muffin Bread but otherwise followed the directions exactly. Very easy and a wonderful way to start a Sunday. The spinach is a wonderful touch and the next time I may add some fresh mushrooms to the dish. Thank you for posting a really, really nice recipe!

This is a really nice breakfast casserole. I added just a couple more eggs when I made this for my family. We liked it a lot, so I made it for a church breakfast I was organizing - it works well with or without the meat and looks gorgeous in the pan. Thanks for posting!
