This Williams-Sonoma salsa recipe has just the right amount of spices and heat to satisfy everyone. Putting the ingredients in a food processor really makes this an easy dish to make. Enjoy.

    In a food processor, process the onion to a fine dice and transfer to a small bowl and combine with lime juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in the food processor, working in batches, process the tomatoes to a medium dice. Transfer to a bowl.

    Process the jalapenos, anaheim chili, cilantro and garlic to a fine dice. Transfer to the bowl with the tomatoes.

    Stir in the onion mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.
