I made this recipe using monk fish and it was great. Its easy to make and elegant enough for a dinner party!

Astonishing! this recipe is so simple and yet so elegant! The flavors blend together so well. I used flounder fillets and forgot to put some fresh parsley over top, but we sprinkled fresh lemon juice over top at the table. Definitely a fantastic must try fish recipe. Thanks so much for posting.
