Simple Fried Chicken

This is a basic traditional Malay method for deep fry - chicken or fish.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Sliced ingredients (Optional)

Directions

    Heat cooking oil in a pan.

    Season the chicken with tumeric powder and salt.
  3. 3
    Deep fry the chicken meat till cooked. Set aside.

    Eleminate the oil from the pan till about three tablespoons left.
  5. 5
    Fry sliced ingredients to half crispy.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle on fried chicken.
  7. 7
    Serve.
