Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup instant dry milk powder
- 3 cups shredded coconut
Directions

melt butter in a pot.2
add water and vanilla.3
mix icing sugar and instant milk.4
add to butter mixture 1/2 cup at a time, mixing well.5
stir in coconut.6
drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.7
let stand for ten minutes.8
melt chocolate chips.9
swirl 1 teaspoon on top of each one.10
let harden.
