Mushroom Soup With Noodles

very good soup!!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  2. 2
    cut the onion and add to a skillet ( with butter and oil ) and cook until tender.
  3. 3
    add the mushrooms and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    in a pot add the water and bullion cubes
  5. 5
    take the skin off of carrots and cut in 2 inch cubes and add to the pot.
  6. 6
    when water starts to boil add the mushrooms to the pot and reduce heat.
  7. 7
    in a seprate pot cook the pasta.
  8. 8
    add the flour to the soup.
  9. 9
    when the carrots become tender the soup is ready.
  10. 10
    note: do not add the noodles to the pot.
