Shrimp is ordinarily not on the menu around here, so this was a special treat for us! I made a great tasting shrimp dinner for 2 with half a recipe, seasoned with lemon pepper instead of the usual S&P, & served with a combo of rice & peas! Thanks for posting your recipe! I decided to cook the garlic and pepper flakes first in which I added 1/3 cup diced onions for 3 minutes. Then adding the wine, tomatoes, basil and shrimp. Covered and cooked for 2-3 more minutes. This method eliminates the the removal of shrimp to a bowl. Making one less bowl to clean. I did add some home grown string beans and broccoli.I served over pasta. Yummo!!!!
