SERVES 8 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Grease a deep pie pan or Pyrex dish.
  3. 3
    Mix first 5 ingredients in pie pan.
  4. 4
    Beat remainder of ingredients in blender for 1 minute.

    Pour into pie pan.

    Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, about 30 to 40 minutes.

    Cool for 5 minutes.
  8. 8
    Serve with tossed salad.
