This recipe is over 15 years old.It was inspired by my mother in-law who would not tell me hers.

SERVES 2 , 10 meatballs (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    MIx egg, worcestshire sauce, onion salt, and pepper.

    Slowly add bread crumbs till paste forms.
  3. 3
    Mix paste into ground beef.
  4. 4
    Measure about 1 1/2 tablespoons of mix into palm of hand, roll into ball.

    Brown meatballs.
  6. 6
    Finish cooking in sauce.
