I can't wait to try this! I've never had one and now I want to run to the store to get the ingredients!!

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

    Stir one raw egg and pour it into the bottom of a large,tall glass
  2. 2
    Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup, followed by a 1/2 cup of milk. Stir thoroughly.

    Hold a bottle of seltzer 12 inches above the glass as you pour the seltzer into the glass and allow the seltzer to foam to the top .

    Stir once more and the drink and enjoy.
