This was served at one of our faculty holiday luncheons. It was devoured by all and the most requested recipe.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Saute noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds in butter, set aside. Slice onions and add to coleslaw set aside.

    Make dressing:.

    Combine all dressing ingredients and the ramen noodles seasoning packets. Stir until sugar dissolves. Salad and dressing can be prepared ahead of time.

    Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
