Came to see what RecipeZaar had - I had just tried a similar recipe - except it had you add a splash of vanilla and optional 3 tbsp chocolate chips (which of COURSE I added) - still eating and thinking not bad. Some ice cream on top and then maybe we are talking 5 Star.

I just opened my email today, and I found this recipe. I tried it but for the next time I will decrease 1 tbsp of flour as I thought the cake was dry, however it's a nice quick way to make a cake for those people like me who suffer from abrupt cravings for something sweet!

This was quick and lovely. The consistency makes it more of a pudding than a cake, I suspect, and with icecream it was delicious. A perfect pudding for 'drop in' guests! Only thing is, don't use olive oil for the oil as it leaves a bit of an aftertaste.

This was easy and delicious! I substituted 2 egg whites in place of a whole egg, and sweet & low for my diabetic husband, it was very moist also.
