Fried Chicken in Garlic Butter

This is fried chicken kicked up another notch. If you love garlic, you will loveeee this!

SERVES 4 -6 , 4 -6 servings (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix chopped chicken, knorr seasoning,salt and pepper.
  2. 2
    Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  3. 3
    Stir fry chicken in high heat till golden. Set aside.
  4. 4
    Heat butter on low heat.
  5. 5
    Add in garlic, stir fry till light brown and fragrant.
  6. 6
    Stir in cooked chicken pieces.
  7. 7
    Stir well till every piece is well coated with the butter garlic mixture.

    Serve on top of piping hot rice.

    ummm ummm This is the chicken we grew up with! No extenders, no breading, just the meaty goodness of chicken with loads of flavor! Its the garlic and butter that made all the difference! This is a keeper! thanks for posting!

    Just like my mom"s chicken. Its the fresh garlic that makes this chicken dish so so yummy! I didnt add salt anymore as the knorr seasoning is flavorful already. Crunchy, buttery and garlicy! What could possibly go wrong? tnx Shygirl!
